Cencraft Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using any Cencraft services, including our game servers, website, store, forums, Discord server, and any related services.
By accessing or using Cencraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of all Cencraft services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on Cencraft. If you are under 18 years old, you may only make purchases with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using Cencraft, you represent that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms.
2. Purchases and Digital Goods
All purchases made through Cencraft are for digital goods, virtual items, ranks, perks, cosmetics, currencies, or other server-related benefits.
All purchases are final and non-transferable.
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds will not be provided once content has been delivered, activated, or applied to an account, except where required by applicable law.
Prepaid balances, credits, and account funds are non-refundable and may not be transferred between accounts or users.
3. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If a payment is disputed, reversed, or charged back after purchased content has been delivered, Cencraft reserves the right to revoke any associated items, ranks, perks, currency, or account benefits.
Cencraft may also suspend or terminate access to services associated with the disputed payment.
If you believe a payment was made in error, you agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we may attempt to resolve the issue.
4. Changes to Purchases and Server Features
Cencraft reserves the right to modify, rebalance, replace, discontinue, or remove any game feature, item, rank, perk, package, or service at any time.
Such changes may occur for gameplay balance, technical, operational, or administrative reasons.
Purchases do not grant ownership of any virtual item or guarantee that any specific feature, item, or benefit will remain available indefinitely.
5. Server Closure or Service Discontinuation
Cencraft reserves the right to discontinue any server, game mode, feature, or service at any time.
In the event of a server closure, Cencraft may, at its sole discretion, offer equivalent replacement benefits or alternatives but is under no obligation to provide refunds except where required by law.
6. User Content
Any content you submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available through Cencraft may be used, displayed, reproduced, or distributed by Cencraft in connection with operating and promoting the service.
You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Cencraft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for service-related purposes.
7. Rules and Enforcement
You agree to follow all server rules, community guidelines, and staff instructions.
Cencraft Staff may issue warnings, mutes, suspensions, restrictions, or bans at their discretion when enforcing server rules.
Repeated violations, abuse, cheating, exploiting, harassment, or other disruptive conduct may result in permanent removal from the service.
8. Bans and Account Restrictions
If your account is suspended or banned for violating these Terms or server rules, any purchased items, ranks, perks, currencies, or account benefits may be removed without refund.
Staff decisions regarding rule enforcement are final.
9. Streaming and Video Content
Players may create and monetize videos, streams, screenshots, and other content featuring Cencraft unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Cencraft reserves the right to request removal of content that violates laws, infringes rights, impersonates staff, or falsely represents Cencraft.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Cencraft services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, performance, security, error-free operation, or uninterrupted access.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cencraft and its owners, administrators, moderators, volunteers, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Third-Party Services
Cencraft may rely on third-party services, software, payment processors, hosting providers, plugins, or platforms.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers.
13. Changes to These Terms
Cencraft reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
